An ally must be within 10 squares of you and must be able to see and hear you to gain the talent; once gained, its benefits last until the end of the encounter.{{newline}}You can share the talent with a number of allies equal to one-half your officer class level (rounded down).{{newline}}Each time you gain this ability, it applies to a different talent.
