Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus to your Fortitude Defense, Reflex Defense, and Will Defense.
Starship/Vehicle: this feat does not apply to the defenses fo a vehicle, even if you are piloting or comanding it. This is one reason many pilots prefer the Dodge feat to Improved Defenses.
