Revision as of 04:22, 20 January 2024
“You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.”
Explore the fringes of galactic society like never before. Customize your bounty hunter's suit of battle armor, outfit your smuggler's ship with illegal technology, and train your cantina brawler with new tricks and techniques to help stay alive in places that can be more than a little rough.
Who needs the Force? The title may not contain the words “Campaign Guide” but that is exactly what it is. You could call it the “Fringer’s Handbook to the Galaxy” or the “Scoundrel’s Manual of Dirty Tricks” and it would still not be quite enough to portray the depth of information this book has to enhance your campaign, especially if that campaign is geared to the more down-to-earth, feet-on-the-ground reality and has little to do with “ancient weapons and hokey religion.”
This book contains all the goodies you would expect from a campaign guide such as updates to existing heroic classes, new feats, talents, prestige classes, and species, but the real meat of this book is the large amount fringe lore you have available to add to your adventures. Learn more about the denizens and locales of the galaxy, browse through an expanded list of equipment and vehicles, and play through some of the offered mini-adventures during the more quiet times. And when you've had your fill, experience the pièce de résistance: “The Fell Star” adventure.
Footnotes and References
Please see the following pages or sites for further information:
- ↑ This prestige class originally debuted in Force Unleashed Campaign Guide. The biggest difference are the talent trees which are available. What these differences are and how to handle conflicts is discussed on the Master Privateer class page.
- ↑ This listing of smuggling is for quick and dirty jobs created by the job generator. A more indepth system for smuggling is listed further on the page.
- ↑ This listing of smuggling is intended for comprehensive summgling adventures and campaigns. For simple jobs, see the earlier listing.
- ↑ 4.0 4.1 The Errant Venture is listed twice because it is considered both a location and a vehicle
- ↑ 5.0 5.1 StarForge Station is listed twice as it is both a location and a vehicle (space station).
