For reasons unknown, the Rakata have lost their connection to the Force. Rakata cannot take the Force Sensitivity feat. They can still increase their Dark Side Score and are still affected by Force powers, talents, and the Use the Force skill as normal.
Rakata cannot use the Force but can still be affected by it and can still lower their Dark Side Score.
