The bowcaster is crafted exclusively by the Wookiees of Kashyyyk. A fusion of modern and ancient technologies, the weapon hurls an explosive energy quarrel at incredible speed, much like an archaic rail gun. Wookiees treat bowcasters as rifles, not exotic weapons. Bowcasters are treated as rifles for the purposes of determining weapon range.
     A quiver of 10 quarrels costs 50 credits and weighs 1kg.
     Accurate weapon: This weapon takes no penalty when firing at targets at short range.
